Local weatherspotters reported funnel cloud sightings in at least three places near Guernsey and one funnel was believed to have touched down just south and east of Trail Ruts Golf Course. Extensive damage was done to trees and shrubbery in a nearby meadow and county highway crews had to remove large limbs from the South Guernsey Highway. Fortunately, damages were limited to property and no injuries were reported.
