Formed in 1909, the organization was created to serve member clubs by helping to promote and perpetuate the game of golf. 2010-07-14 Next Week, The Week Before Training Camp Will Tell The Story On VickAnother decision-maker regarding Vicks movements from place to place and state to state has made a decision. His probation officer has tightened the parameters on Michael by not allowing him to leave the state of Pennsylvania. I think this was a good decision now and probably one which should have been made earlier. We dont have to report to anyone when we leave the state but Vick has to inform his probation officer of his comings and goings. I think its a good thing that Vicks probation officer isnt going to repeat the mistake of letting him leave Pennsylvania to attend events in other states.
